Entry Level Distribution Specialist
Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented individual, the full-time remote Entry Level Distribution Specialist will process retirement plan loan and distribution requests while providing support to participants and plan sponsors.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare distribution and loan packages, including vesting verifications for daily recordkept plans
- Identify loan defaults and required minimum distributions (RMDs) from reports and assist with inquiries
- Update management and plan sponsors on requests and serve as backup for participant services
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Bilingual speaking is a plus
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks without supervision
- Superior organizational and coordination skills
- Commitment to professional development and adaptability in a dynamic environment
