Entry Level HCC Coder

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Entry Level HCC Coder to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately determine ICD-10 Codes for outpatient and inpatient records for risk adjustment
• Ensure all coding assignments are accurate according to coding policies and documentation
• Utilize knowledge of coding policies, procedures, and medical terminology

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Coding Credential required (RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CCS-P, CPC, CPC-H, CPC-A, or other)
• Able to hardwire into a modem
