Job Summary
Joining the EAS infrastructure team, the full-time Entry-Level Infrastructure Engineer will work alongside a senior engineer to design, build, and operate backend infrastructure for developer-facing services, focusing on continuous integration and deployment in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the infrastructure team to enhance backend services and improve deployment processes
- Write and maintain software, ensuring uptime and performance while participating in on-call rotations
- Implement internal improvements to expedite service delivery and optimize CI time and costs
Required qualifications
- Familiarity with containers, CI pipelines, and experience in building services or pipelines
- Experience with continuous integration and deploying to Kubernetes
- Cloud experience, preferably with Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure
- Knowledge of operating systems, networks, databases, and distributed systems
- Proficiency in coding with a desire to write more software
