Job Summary
To support a growing software development team, the full-time Entry Level Java Developer will design and implement scalable Spring Boot microservices, develop web applications, and participate in the full development lifecycle, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop scalable web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and various front-end technologies
- Conduct code reviews and participate in Agile Scrum teams to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
- Create and maintain technical documentation for applications and APIs, and implement CI/CD practices
Required qualifications:
- Experience in Java and JavaScript programming languages
- Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle and object-oriented programming (OOP)
- Knowledge of relational databases and basic SQL query skills
- 0-1 year of practical experience in Java coding
- Familiarity with Spring, Maven, React.js, HTML, and CSS
