To support recent graduates in launching their careers, the fully remote LEaPs Program will prepare participants for an entry-level role at the company over 16 weeks, focusing on professional development, role-specific skills, and client engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in professional development and training tailored to the assigned role
- Engage in hands-on training through shadowing and practice while receiving ongoing feedback
- Contribute to team presentations and initiatives, demonstrating growth and readiness for client-facing responsibilities
Required qualifications
- Recent graduates within 2 years of completing their college degree
- Less than 2 years of professional experience
- Interest in e-commerce, advertising, account management, analytics, supply chain, or digital content
- Demonstrated curiosity, resourcefulness, and ownership
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
