Job Summary
To support high-volume operational hiring, the remote Entry-Level Operations Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, and source qualified candidates across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to onboarding support
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and recruitment strategies
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant recruiting experience
- Minimum 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for professional-level positions
- Minimum 3+ years of experience recruiting for Operations positions
- Proficiency using Workday or comparable applicant tracking systems
- Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
