Job Summary
To support a client's security assessment and compliance processes, the full-time Entry-Level Privacy Analyst will provide privacy consulting services, review and analyze privacy documentation, and coordinate privacy-related activities, all while working remotely with occasional onsite requirements in the Washington, D.C. Metro area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze privacy documentation, including Privacy Threshold Analyses (PTAs) and Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs)
- Develop and maintain privacy policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations
- Coordinate privacy-related activities with stakeholders, including Legal and Information Systems contacts
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in privacy compliance matters
- In-depth knowledge of privacy laws and frameworks, including NIST SP 800-53 Rev. 5 privacy controls
- Experience authoring Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and Systems of Records Notices (SORNs)
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) required
- Must hold, or be eligible to obtain, a Public Trust clearance
