Entry Level Production Specialist
Job Summary
Seeking detail-oriented individuals, the full-time Entry Level Production Specialist will prepare IRS compliance tests, develop knowledge of retirement plan regulations, and assist in 401(k) administration while working remotely and receiving training and support for industry credentials.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare IRS required compliance tests and Form 5500 with required schedules
- Develop a working knowledge of ADP/ACP, Coverage, Top Heavy & Annual Additions testing
- Perform related duties as required to support 401(k) plan administration
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in math, business, or a quantitative field
- Prior work experience or internship required
- Proficient in Excel with excellent organizational skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and committed to professional development
