Entry-Level Sales Representative

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and career-driven Entry-Level Sales Representative, this full-time remote position will involve partnering with experienced sales professionals, processing Requests for Proposal (RFPs), and supporting the sales team with outreach and account management tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with experienced sales representatives to learn the Employer Health Solutions business and develop consultative sales skills
• Review and process Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and communicate with brokers regarding underwriting considerations
• Support the sales team with prospect outreach, meeting coordination, and account management tasks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Risk Management, Communications, or a related field
• Demonstrated work ethic, initiative, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Comfortable building professional relationships and interacting with business leaders
