Entry Level Salesforce Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting Salesforce and its associated applications, the full-time remote Entry Level Salesforce Engineer will manage user access, fix data sync issues, and make configuration changes while learning to develop in Salesforce over time.
Key responsibilities
- Answer support tickets and manage user access and licenses
- Fix data that fails to sync with Salesforce and make configuration changes
- Learn and support various applications used alongside Salesforce, such as Gainsight and Gong
Required qualifications
- Experience building something on Salesforce through internships, co-ops, or academic projects
- Proficiency in a programming language such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#
- A degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Ability to learn new applications independently and openness to hands-on training
- Capability to explain technical fixes in simple terms to non-IT personnel
