Entry-Level Systems Engineer
Job Summary
To support client infrastructure, the full-time remote Systems Engineer I will manage user accounts, monitor server performance, and resolve connectivity issues while providing outstanding customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain user accounts, security access, and permissions for client workgroups and domains
- Monitor servers to identify performance concerns and troubleshoot issues
- Respond to user connectivity concerns and escalate complex technical problems as needed
Required qualifications
- Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree in information technology preferred
- Two years of experience in a networking or related technical field
- A+ certification and familiarity with OEM equipment certifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft certifications
- Familiarity with ASTEA is a plus
