Entry-Level Systems Engineer
Job Summary
To support the maintenance of client environments, the full-time remote Systems Engineer I will manage user accounts, monitor server performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and provide customer service in a DevSecOps context.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain user accounts, security access, and permissions for client workgroups and domains
- Monitor servers to identify performance concerns and troubleshoot issues
- Respond to user connectivity concerns and resolve issues within the scope of the role
Required qualifications
- Associate degree required
- Two years of experience in a networking or related technical field
- Bachelor's degree in information technology is preferred
- A+ certification
- Familiarity with OEM equipment and Microsoft certifications
