Job Summary
To support ongoing platform development, the fully remote Entry-Level UI Developer will enhance the existing application, integrate with external APIs, and collaborate with cross-departmental teams while adhering to code standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop enhancements to the system by extending the existing application and integrating with external APIs
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure acceptance criteria are met during development
- Test software thoroughly to identify and report defects, ensuring client protection from bugs and malfunctions
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience with UI development, including JavaScript and related technologies (CSS, HTML, JSON, AJAX)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience with Java preferred for backend development; familiarity with RESTful APIs and XML is a plus
- Knowledge of React and TypeScript is advantageous
- Understanding of Agile Scrum or Kanban methodology is preferred
