Environmental Epidemiologist

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Environmental Epidemiologist will conduct epidemiology analyses focused on human health risk, working remotely and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on projects related to occupational health, regulatory comment, and product safety assessments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to projects involving human health risk assessments and litigation support
• Assess exposure and human health risks from chemicals in the environment and consumer products
• Conduct literature searches and critically evaluate scientific studies in epidemiology and exposure sciences

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science field, preferably biological sciences or a related field
• At least 7 years of related experience, with 8+ years preferred
• Strong statistical skills and the ability to critically evaluate epidemiology data
• Knowledge of regulations related to food, consumer products, pharmaceuticals, and environmental assessments
• Advanced degree (e.g., M.S. or Ph.D.) in epidemiology or a related field is preferred
