Environmental Reporting QC Specialist

Job Summary

To support environmental compliance efforts, the full-time salaried Environmental Reporting QC Specialist will independently calculate and validate stack testing results while ensuring data quality and adherence to established standards in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Write and assemble test protocols and reports following style guides and SOPs
• Perform technical editorial reviews of documents for accuracy and compliance
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to the development of standard procedures and improvement measures

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science/engineering or related field preferred; High School diploma acceptable with demonstrated skills
• 3+ years of technical writing experience
• 3+ years of experience with air test methods, permits, and regulatory requirements
• Intermediate proficiency in cloud-based platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
• Field testing experience is beneficial
