Job Summary
Driving climate-related initiatives, the full-time Environmental Sustainability Lead will shape and execute a global sustainability strategy, manage data collection and reporting processes, and lead cross-functional partnerships, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Help shape and execute Synopsys' global sustainability strategy and roadmap
- Drive climate-related programs, including greenhouse gas emissions management and environmental performance improvement initiatives
- Lead sustainability reporting efforts and manage regulatory readiness for evolving sustainability requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental science, business, engineering, supply chain, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in sustainability, environmental management, or related fields
- Experience leading cross-functional sustainability initiatives in a global organization
- Working knowledge of greenhouse gas accounting and environmental performance management
- Experience managing sustainability reporting and regulatory readiness across multiple regions
