EPC Transactions Lead

Job Summary

As the EPC Transactions Lead on the Procurement team, this full-time remote position will manage high-value EPC and equipment supply transactions focused on gas generation projects for data centers, ensuring alignment with project schedules and financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Structure, negotiate, and execute EPC and equipment supply contracts while leading end-to-end RFP processes
• Drive cross-functional deal leadership by coordinating with Development, Engineering, Construction, Project Finance, and Legal teams for effective deal execution
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with EPC contractors and equipment suppliers to secure competitive commercial terms

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Business, or a related field; engineering background preferred
• 5+ years of experience in EPC procurement and contracting for large-scale gas generation or renewable energy projects
• Demonstrated transaction leadership with the ability to manage complex task lists and guide cross-functional teams
• Strong commercial contracting and negotiation skills, including familiarity with warranties and performance guarantees
• Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Excel for quantitative analysis and executive communication
