Epic Advanced Business Intelligence Developer
Job Summary
Supporting analytics and performance measurements in the Community Based Care business area, the full-time Epic Advanced Business Intelligence Developer will develop impactful reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Epic Clarity/Caboodle Data Models, SQL programming, and BI Tools, while collaborating with business and IT teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations from Epic, Infor, and other enterprise systems
- Apply advanced analytics to identify trends, patterns, and insights that improve operational performance
- Manage project timelines, data integrity, and stakeholder communications
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; Master's degree in Data Science or Advanced Analytics preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare IT, analytics, or data management
- 5+ years of experience developing and managing reports and dashboards for analytic projects
- 4+ years of experience with BI tools such as Qlik Sense, Power BI, or Tableau
- Advanced data modeling experience and strong understanding of relational databases with SQL query techniques
