Job Summary
To lead the strategy and optimization of Epic Ambulatory applications, the full-time remote Epic Ambulatory Application Manager will manage the application lifecycle, partner with healthcare leaders to enhance workflows, and develop analyst teams while ensuring compliance and reliability.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the complete application lifecycle including planning, implementation, optimization, and maintenance
- Partner with operational and clinical leaders to streamline workflows and boost platform adoption
- Manage and develop analyst teams, setting expectations and supporting professional growth
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Active Epic Ambulatory Certification is required
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT or application management
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Prior experience supporting Epic Ambulatory applications is preferred
