Epic Ambulatory Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Epic Ambulatory Systems Analyst, the expert will manage complex projects, provide second and third-level support, and create detailed documentation while mentoring less experienced team members.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed documentation for new and complex processes
• Independently triage and resolve Level 2 and Level 3 support issues while mentoring staff
• Manage multiple complex projects throughout the full project management life cycle

Required qualifications

• Typically 10+ years of experience with modern technology and application support
• 5+ years of experience supporting the Epic Phoenix application is strongly preferred
• Current Epic Phoenix certification or proficiency is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated understanding of information technology fundamentals, including SDLC
• Ability to work independently and effectively mentor less experienced team members
