Job Summary
To support healthcare operations, the full-time Remote Epic Analyst will design, analyze, develop, test, and provide tier two technical assistance for Epic applications, requiring Epic Analyst Certification and proficiency in reporting tools.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with Epic representatives and end users to configure and build Epic software to meet organizational needs
- Troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions to address end user needs and achieve client specifications
- Develop and modify procedures to solve complex data processing problems and prepare detailed specifications for programming
Required qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent required
- At least 2 years of direct Epic application build experience
- Proficiency in Epic's reporting tools (RWB and Slicer Dicer) is strongly desired
- Ability to obtain Epic Proficiency, Accreditation, or Certification within 6 months of hire
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
