Epic Analyst (Cupid & Radiant)
Job Summary
Seeking a dual-certified Epic Analyst (Cupid & Radiant) for a remote contract position, the successful candidate will manage incident resolution, application support, and system build for Epic applications in Cardiology and Radiology.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve incident tickets, service requests, and maintenance work within established SLAs for Epic Cupid and Radiant
- Perform hands-on Epic build, module updates, and workflow enhancements across Cardiology and Radiology modules
- Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to translate operational needs into effective technical solutions
Required qualifications:
- Active Epic certification/accreditation in both Cupid and Radiant
- 2+ years of hands-on Epic build experience within Cupid/Radiant
- 3-5 years of overall Epic/application analyst experience
- Strong experience supporting Cardiology and Radiology workflows
- Ability to perform Epic build/configuration, testing, and ongoing application support
