Job Summary
To support the Epic HB Team, the full-time remote Senior Epic Analyst will design, analyze, develop, test, and implement system applications while providing tier two technical assistance and participating in on-call support rotations.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with Epic representatives and end users to configure and build Epic software to meet organizational needs
- Troubleshoot problems and recommend solutions to address end user issues and achieve hospital specifications
- Develop and modify procedures to solve complex data processing problems and prepare detailed specifications for programming
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience as an Epic Associate Analyst and/or Epic Analyst
- Minimum of two Epic Certifications/Accreditations/Proficiencies across applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage conflict within a team
