Epic Analyst II
Job Summary
To support operational teams, the full-time IT Epic Analyst II will design, implement, maintain, and support non-clinical Epic software applications while mentoring less experienced staff and ensuring quality assurance during system upgrades, all in a remote setting within Ohio.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement non-clinical Epic software applications, ensuring thorough testing and documentation
- Mentor junior IT EMR staff and train end-users on system operations and updates
- Plan and oversee upgrades to clinical systems, maintaining quality assurance processes
Required qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years of relevant clinical experience
- Must achieve Epic certification in the primary application within 90 days of completing the first Epic class
- IT background preferred
- Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in Information Technology is a plus
