Job Summary
To support the Epic Healthy Planet application team, the full-time Epic Analyst II - Healthy Planet will manage the design, build, testing, and ongoing support of the Epic Healthy Planet module, focusing on Risk Adjustment/HCC and Compass Rose, while working remotely from specified states.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, test, validate, and maintain the Epic Healthy Planet module
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary workgroups to achieve project goals
- Provide software support, file maintenance, and manage complex projects independently
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, engineering, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical, business, or healthcare operational areas, or 5 years without a degree
- Certification in Epic Healthy Planet and Ambulatory required within 90 days of hire
- Working knowledge of assigned operational department areas
- Intermediate skills in oral and written communication, organization, and problem-solving
