Seeking an experienced Epic Analyst II (MyChart Certified) for a full-time, remote contract position, who will manage the build, configuration, and optimization of MyChart, Welcome, and Hello World applications, while providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for system enhancements.
Key responsibilities
- Build, configure, maintain, and optimize Epic applications and workflows
- Analyze user requirements and implement system enhancements
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support
Required qualifications
- Epic MyChart certification/accreditation with experience in Welcome and Hello World
- Minimum 3 years of healthcare IT application or technical experience
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
