Job Summary
Supporting strategic growth initiatives, the full-time Epic Analyst IV - State Licensed will design, build, and maintain Epic Hospital Billing, Professional Billing, and HIM modules while collaborating across digital teams in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, test, validate, and maintain Epic Hospital Billing, Professional Billing, and HIM modules
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary workgroups to achieve project goals and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
- Provide technical guidance and support to other analysts, contractors, and consultants while leading system design and workflow improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in healthcare operations or 9 years without a degree
- Appropriate Epic certification for the assigned area of responsibility
- Expertise in operational department areas related to Epic modules
- Proven experience in project coordination and leading cross-functional teams
