Epic Analyst - Kansas Licensed
Job Summary
To support healthcare operations, the full-time Epic Analyst - Kansas Licensed will provide technical support, perform system maintenance, and assist in the implementation of EHR systems while working remotely from designated states.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues and resolving system errors
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including software updates and upgrades, to ensure system stability and security
- Assist in configuring and customizing the EHR system to meet specific healthcare workflows and operational needs
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 0 - 3 years of applicable IT or healthcare experience for Level I; 3 - 5 years for Level II; 5 or more years for Level III
- Epic certification required within three months of class completion or six months of hire
- Experience with EHR systems and healthcare workflows preferred
- Multiple Epic certifications preferred for higher levels
