Job Summary

To support healthcare operations, the full-time Epic Analyst - Oregon Licensed will design, analyze, develop, test, and implement Epic system applications while providing tier two technical assistance and troubleshooting for end users in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Consult with Epic representatives and end users to configure and build Epic software and applications to meet organizational needs
  • Develop and modify procedures to solve complex data processing problems and prepare detailed specifications for programming
  • Participate in on-call support rotation to address critical end user needs and ensure system functionality
Required qualifications
  • Associate degree or equivalent required
  • At least 2 years of direct Epic application build experience
  • Proficiency in Epic's reporting tools (RWB and Slicer Dicer) is strongly desired
  • Certification in at least one inpatient or ambulatory application is preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required
