Job Summary
Collaborating with key stakeholders and end-users, the full-time remote Epic Analyst, Research will assist in optimizing application configuration and providing day-to-day support while leading Associate Epic Analysts on the team.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a support contact for application end users, identifying and resolving issues
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain the application while supporting all phases of testing and workflow design
- Collaborate with trainers to develop documentation and training strategies for application changes and new features
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Epic Certification or proficiency in at least one module required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare-related organization
- 1-2 years of Epic build experience
- Understanding of clinical research and/or research billing preferred
