Epic Analyst with Certifications
Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, an Epic Analyst with Certifications in Cadence, Prelude, and RTE will manage configuration changes, support Patient Access teams, and translate user requirements into functional specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Patient Access teams on Prelude, RTE, Referrals, and Cadence support while ensuring build quality and adherence to timelines
- Serve as a mentor and subject matter expert, participating in software upgrade initiatives and design validation sessions
- Function as a liaison between Operations, IT, and Third-Party Systems, providing support during go-lives and system upgrades
Required qualifications
- Active Epic certifications in Cadence, Prelude, Referrals, and RTE
- 4+ years of healthcare experience
- 4+ years of experience with Epic Patient Access applications
- Hands-on experience with Hello World, Welcome, E-Signature, and RTE
- Knowledge of Patient Access workflows and Revenue Cycle processes
