Epic Application Analyst
Job Summary
To support the implementation and optimization of Epic System applications, the full-time Epic Application Analyst will perform troubleshooting, collaborate with technical teams, and ensure integration of systems while working remotely with a flexible schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Perform analysis, troubleshooting, and problem solving for technical, interface, and application-level issues
- Collaborate with Epic technical support teams and vendors to address complex technical challenges
- Design, build, install, modify, and test application software to optimize operational processes
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED and 4+ years of relevant IT experience in healthcare, or
- Associate's Degree and 3+ years of relevant IT experience in healthcare, or
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field with relevant IT experience
- Epic Certification, Proficiency, or Accreditation preferred
- Experience with Healthcare Applications or electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems is required
