Job Summary
To support the effective implementation and maintenance of Epic System applications, the full-time hybrid Epic Application Analyst will perform analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving for technical issues while collaborating with various teams to ensure high-quality patient care and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Perform analysis and troubleshooting of technical, interface, and application issues, identifying root causes and implementing changes
- Collaborate with Epic technical support teams and vendors to address complex technical issues and ensure system integration
- Act as a liaison between operational departments and Information Services, providing customer service and documenting configurations and support processes
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of related IT experience, or an Associate's degree with 3+ years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- EPIC Certification, Proficiency, or Accreditation (preferred)
- Experience in healthcare IT is preferred
