Job Summary
To support the effective implementation and maintenance of Epic System applications, the full-time hybrid Epic Application Analyst will analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance while collaborating with various teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform analysis and troubleshooting of technical, interface, and application issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions
- Collaborate with Epic technical support teams and vendors to address complex technical issues and ensure system integration
- Document user requirements, system configurations, and support processes while acting as a liaison between operational departments and Information Services
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of related IT experience, preferably in healthcare, or an Associate's degree with 3+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent IT-related experience
- EPIC Certification, Proficiency, or Accreditation is preferred
- Experience in analyzing and resolving technical issues in a healthcare setting
- Strong understanding of application integration and functionality
