Epic Application Analyst I
Job Summary
Supporting the implementation and optimization of Epic population health applications, the full-time EHR Application Analyst I will collaborate with clinical and technical teams to enhance care coordination and patient outreach while working remotely from the MO, KS, or IL area.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with the configuration, maintenance, and support of Epic Healthy Planet and Compass Rose applications
- Collaborate with clinical teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and improve workflows related to population health and care management
- Troubleshoot application issues and participate in system upgrades, testing, and validation
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Epic Application Analyst experience preferred
- Epic Healthy Planet/Compass Rose certifications highly preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and operational teams
- Willingness to obtain required certifications within 6 months of hire
