Epic Application Coordinator

Job Summary

To support the implementation and ongoing management of clinical and revenue cycle applications, the full-time Epic Application Coordinator will design, build, test, and validate Epic systems while providing tier III support and maintaining critical business relationships in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and validate clinical and revenue cycle applications within the Epic system
• Provide tier III level support on a 24/7 basis and implement approved configuration changes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to establish future-state workflows and maintain in-depth knowledge of Epic functionalities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or current clinical licensure in a relevant field, or four years of experience in healthcare or IT
• Three years of healthcare or IT experience, including one year of EMR application experience
• Current Epic certification or active Epic proficiency with a score of 90
• Preferred one year of experience working directly with Epic applications in a clinical or IS field
