To enhance healthcare delivery, the full-time remote Epic Application Coordinator will implement Appeals workflows through Tapestry Link, facilitate complex application enhancements, and analyze system problems while creating detailed documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Implement Appeals workflows and integration through Tapestry Link
- Facilitate complex application and systems enhancements or upgrades
- Create detailed documentation including system design, procedures, and project plans
Required qualifications
- Two years of experience in Epic Configuration
- Baccalaureate degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience
- Epic certification is highly preferred, ideally in Tapestry Appeals or Tapestry Utilization Management
- Experience implementing Tapestry Appeals or Tapestry UM workflows
- Understanding of the Agile process and task management
