Epic Application Systems Analyst
Job Summary
To support the deployment and development of vendor-proprietary hospital application software, the full-time Epic Application Systems Analyst will analyze software functionality, collaborate with project teams, and lead optimization efforts within an integrated hospital system in Phoenix, AZ.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze existing and proposed software functionality to ensure alignment with clinical health system workflows
- Utilize specialized software tool sets to enable software functionality and support project teams in achieving goals
- Lead information technology deployment and optimization efforts in collaboration with the Project Management Office
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Nursing, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Three years of healthcare, consulting, or IT-related experience with application software deployment
- Current Epic certification in Resolute HB/PB/Claims or related experience preferred
- Professional clinical licensure preferred if supporting clinical application systems
- Ability to perform workflow analysis and translate outcomes into software functionality
