Epic Applications Analyst
Job Summary
Providing Epic application expertise to managed services and consulting clients, the full-time remote Advisory HB Epic Applications Analyst will configure, optimize, troubleshoot, and support Epic applications while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance healthcare workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Assess client needs and recommend system modifications to meet functional specifications
- Document business requirements, configure application modifications, and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Deliver high-quality Tier 2 and Tier 3 support, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis for multiple clients
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a healthcare-related professional certification, or equivalent experience
- Epic certification supporting three or more applications: HB, PB, and Claims
- Typically 8+ years of experience as an Epic application analyst or in Epic consulting
- Expert knowledge of assigned applications and relevant healthcare workflows
- Solid understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and healthcare operations
