Epic Applications Manager
Job Summary
Leading a team of Epic applications analysts, the full-time Application/Analyst Manager will oversee full lifecycle implementations, system maintenance, and optimization projects while ensuring alignment with clinical and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and resource a high-performing team of Epic analysts during implementation and post-go-live maintenance
- Oversee end-to-end execution of clinical application initiatives, including new module rollouts and major version upgrades
- Ensure application stability, SLA compliance, and efficient ticket resolution across supported Epic applications
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record managing teams of Epic analysts in implementation and maintenance environments
- Strong project management skills with experience delivering complex application updates and large-scale implementations
- Prior hands-on experience as an Epic Analyst with knowledge of build, testing, and system workflows
- Excellent team-building and stakeholder management skills
