Job Summary
Managing the Epic Certified Application Analysts, the full-time salaried Epic Applications System Manager will oversee the design, build, validation, testing, and optimization of the Epic system while working remotely and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the Epic team to implement and support the Epic system based on best practices
- Lead project planning and execution, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope
- Facilitate collaboration between IT staff and stakeholders to clarify project objectives and resource requirements
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or healthcare administration
- Current Epic Certification(s)
- Three years of experience in Epic implementations or supporting large integrated systems in healthcare
- Five years of supervisory experience
- Seven years of progressive, relevant experience in healthcare or IT
