Epic Applications Team Lead

Job Summary

Leading a team of analysts, the full-time Epic Applications Team Lead will oversee the analysis, design, build, testing, and support of clinical and financial systems, ensuring high-quality operational work while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted application expert to coordinate and oversee application work that supports high-quality patient care
• Monitor project progress, ticket distribution, and workload balance, addressing risks and resource concerns proactively
• Provide mentorship and professional development support to team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment

Required qualifications

• Current Epic certification in at least one relevant module (e.g., Cadence, Grand Central, Hospital Billing)
• Strong experience in analyzing user requirements, workflows, and system issues
• Proven ability to balance application design and operational support while meeting service-level expectations
• Demonstrated supportive leadership style with a focus on team development
• Ability to work independently and escalate issues appropriately when necessary
