Job Summary
Leading the Epic Ascent Concierge team, the full-time Winter Seasonal Epic Ascent Supervisor will provide operational oversight, coaching, and ensure exceptional guest experiences for private lessons and premium offerings while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations of the Epic Ascent Concierge team, ensuring high-quality guest service and operational efficiency
- Coach and develop team members through performance feedback and training initiatives
- Coordinate private lessons and specialty experiences, addressing guest and operational issues as they arise
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in guest services, hospitality, or operations leadership
- Proven ability to lead and develop employees in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with reservation systems and Microsoft Office
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
