Job Summary
To support critical laboratory systems remotely, the full-time Epic Beaker Certified Analyst will configure, implement, and maintain Epic applications while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance patient care.
Key responsibilities
- Builds requirements and translates them into configuration and business process changes for Epic applications
- Provides routine maintenance and standard builds for Epic systems, ensuring optimal performance
- Troubleshoots and resolves application issues while providing end-user support for Epic applications
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Three years of relevant experience, specifically in Epic builds
- Epic certification or accreditation in one or more modules
