Job Summary
Providing production support for Epic Ambulatory and Behavioral Health applications, the contract Epic Behavioral Health Analyst will troubleshoot incidents, build and maintain workflows, and collaborate with end users, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide production support for Epic Ambulatory and Behavioral Health applications, resolving incidents and service requests
- Build, test, and maintain workflows, including SmartTools, templates, and visit navigators
- Document build, configuration changes, and workflow decisions while participating in change management activities
Required qualifications
- Epic Ambulatory Analyst experience required
- Experience supporting Behavioral Health workflows in Epic
- Epic Ambulatory certification preferred
- Working knowledge of outpatient clinical workflows
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
