Epic Bridges Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting healthcare interface and API initiatives in a remote setting, the contract Epic Bridges Analyst will manage integration solutions, maintain existing interfaces, and collaborate with technical and operational teams.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in interface and API implementation efforts across multiple initiatives
- Provide production support, issue investigation, and maintenance activities for existing integrations with Epic
- Collaborate with application, technical, and operational teams to deliver integration solutions and support testing and workflow analysis
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience supporting healthcare interfaces (HL7), APIs, or enterprise system integrations engines
- Epic Bridges certification and FHIR Badge are required
- Experience with requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and operational support
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
