Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Epic Cadence Analyst II will manage builds, testing, validation, and ongoing support of the Epic Cadence module while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, test, validate, and maintain the Epic Cadence module
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary workgroups to achieve project goals and provide technical consulting
- Manage application support, including break-fix duties, optimizations, and upgrades
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in healthcare operations or 5 years without a degree
- Epic Cadence certification is required within the first 90 days of employment
- Intermediate knowledge of operational department areas and project management
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations and manage multiple initiatives
