Job Summary
Supporting OCHIN's mission, the full-time Epic Cadence/Prelude Analyst will resolve complex technical issues, optimize processes, and implement innovative solutions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality by building, testing, and maintaining features according to specifications
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure optimal system performance and end-user satisfaction
- Collaborate across departments to support project implementations and address member maintenance issues
Required qualifications
- Certification/proficiency in Epic Cadence or Prelude is required
- Minimum of 2 years of build experience is required
- Experience or certification in Referrals is a plus
- Strong communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented approach
