Job Summary
Leading the build, rollout, and support of Epic Cadence applications, the full-time hybrid Systems Analyst II will manage application configuration, testing, and documentation while serving as a liaison between users and the IT department.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee design, analysis, and configuration of Epic Cadence applications
- Provide second-level support by addressing user issues and implementing solutions
- Assist management in utilizing applications to enhance department performance and decision-making
Required qualifications
- 3 years of experience in Information Technology - Systems Analysis
- EPIC Certification in Area of Responsibility preferred
- Associate's Degree in Business, Healthcare, or Technology preferred
