Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Principal Trainer, Epic Cadence, the full-time position will develop and deliver training programs, manage Epic training environments, and drive reporting and analytics to enhance user adoption and workflow efficiency, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver Epic Cadence training programs for providers and staff
- Support and maintain Epic Playground environments for training and testing
- Analyze training and operational data to identify trends and improve performance
Required qualifications
- Epic Cadence Certification
- Epic Training Environment Build Certification
- Experience supporting Epic Playground environments
- Experience using Epic Mitosis and/or Scotty
- Experience in ambulatory healthcare operations
